Next Please ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SwipeSpell mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Automatically Collected Information
When you use SwipeSpell, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain information:
Device Information:
- Device type, model, and operating system version
- Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID)
- IP address (used to determine approximate location at country level)
- App version and configuration

Gameplay Analytics:
- Game progress (levels completed, scores, stars earned)

Information We Do NOT Collect
SwipeSpell does not collect:
- Your name, email address, or other personal contact information
- Your precise GPS location
- Photos, contacts, camera, or microphone data
- Payment card details (handled securely by Google Play)

Advertising
SwipeSpell uses AppLovin MAX as its ad mediation platform. Through AppLovin MAX, ads may be served by any of the following ad networks. Each network may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data for ad serving, personalization, and measurement:

Advertising Choices and Consent
Consent Dialog (EEA and applicable regions):
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other regions where required, we display a consent dialog (powered by Usercentrics) before collecting data or showing personalized ads. You can:

- Change your preferences at any time via Settings > Privacy Settings in the App
Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising:
You can limit personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
When you opt out, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to your interests.
Push Notifications:
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
Data Retention
- Analytics data is retained for up to 60 days in our dashboard
- Aggregated, non-personal statistics may be retained longer
- Attribution data is retained by AppsFlyer according to their data retention policy
- Third-party partners have their own data retention policies (see their privacy policies linked above)
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information:
- Data transmission uses encryption (HTTPS/TLS)
- Access to analytics data is limited to authorized personnel
- We follow industry best practices for data protection
Children's Privacy
SwipeSpell is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children under 13.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- Ads displayed comply with applicable advertising policies and regulations
- If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can delete it
